About Okura:
A safe and beautiful village down by the estuary with all the privacy of a small community. Great for kayaking on the river or running the horses on a low tide all the way to Silverdale. There's a great new playground for the children and bush & river walks. There is also has a great community watch program.
Only 10 mins to browns bay, 20 to CBD(not rush hour) and all the facilities of the North Shore on your doorstep but a country lifestyle.

There are no shops in Okura. All houses are on Tank water. (water rates are low)
