About Avenues:
The benefits of living in The Avenues in Tauranga are many. There is great access to all parts of the City and outer suburbs, also easy access to motorways leading out of the City. The streets are on the whole wider and lined with well established trees and mature and established gardens. The residents here are less transient as the area is flat making it easier for the elderly or disabled to get around and access the many facilities and shopping centres.
There are all levels of schooling available as well as all major Churches, medical centres, RSA etc. The area features many parks including Memorial Park which has a swimming pool complex, children's playground and an inner harbour beach.
This area is extremely popular with families and hosts things like gypsy fairs,circuses and other events. A very desirable location featuring properties of all values from 2 bedroom units to massive homes.
