The name says it all - Welcome Bay. Approximately ten minutes drive from downtown Tauranga and Mt Maunganui with their fabulous beaches. A central and convenient place to live being only forty minutes to Rotorua, and two and a half hours to Auckland. A family friendly area with great parks, primary schools and hot pools. Locals are kean followers of sporting activities and charity events.

Welcome Bay shopping centre houses a Four Square, video shop, bakery, cafe, chemist, stationer, takeaway food bar, hairdresser and beautician, and a family tavern with excellent meals and entertainment.
Transport:
Buses depart every half an hour from designated bus stops throughout Welcome Bay, going to Tauranga City and Bayfair.
