About Chedworth Park:
Situated just to the east of Chartwell, Chedworth is a well established suburb consisting mainly of family homes built on good sized sections with many having larger gully sites.
The housing is predominantly from the late 1960’s through to the early to mid 1970’s, however Heritage Park located on the eastern boundary features modern houses of the late 1990’s.
Chedworth Park Shopping:
Convenience shopping is located in Crosby road along with a hairdresser and takeaway bar. The Westfield Shopping Centre on Hukanui road has over 80 shops undercover. Many of the national chain specialty shops can be found here. Across the road Lyndon Court houses some bulk retailers, a butchery, fruit shop, and a video store
Transport:
Approximately 7 km from the CBD, Chedworth is served by buses from the CBD at 30 minute intervals (on week days). It is all serviced by the new Orbiter bus service that runs clockwise and anticlockwise via the University, the Hospital, Dinsdale, The Base and Chartwell.

There is a small number of quality dining spots located in nearby Queenwood enjoyed by the locals, along with some daytime cafes and your usual mix of takeaway bars. Westfield also has a wide range of fast food and cafes in its food court.
